In October, I started brainstorming a means to soft-launch my cottage bakery. With the holidays approaching, I quickly landed on making Christmas cookie boxes for friends and family to demonstrate my skill set and (hopefully) gain some customers in the future! The month of November was planning and prep, and the goal was simple: create a broad menu with enough variety, flavor, and texture that anyone with a box could find something they LOVE.
Through support from my sister to my sweet Taylor Evans pulling on my Anthropologie apron and running the kitchen aid, it was certainly a labor of love! But it was SO WORTH IT because it turned out so amazing, and I can’t believe how much fun I had and how much it blessed me to gift these to people!
